At GTS Builders Supply, we stand behind the quality of our building materials and home improvement products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all hardware or components. Special orders and custom-cut lumber are generally non-returnable.

Initiate Request

Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package and Label

Securely pack your materials to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the crate or box with your assigned RMA number.

Ship or Drop-off

Ship the package back to our distribution center using your preferred carrier, or bring the items directly to our local warehouse for immediate processing.
